Professor Kamara's professional journey has developed across academia, research, governance, consulting and community engagement.
His academic work explores the relationship between leadership and institutional performance, particularly within African contexts. He has devoted significant attention to questions surrounding governance, accountability, organizational development, financial crime prevention and regional integration.
